Congratulations, it’s a baby girl! On January 7, 2012, Beyonce gave birth to the adorable girl, at the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. Later, friend Gwyneth Paltrow tweeted the next morning that the little girl’s name is Blue Ivy Carter. Although, the couple have yet to confirm the baby’s name, she is already famous!
Rihanna tweeted, “Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih.” Friend Russell Simmons also offered his congratulations, tweeting, “congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z.” According to New York Daily News, the superstar booked the fourth floor of the hospital for a whopping $1.3 million! Making sure that the baby’s entrance into the world was nothing but gorgeous.Nearing New Year’s Eve the speculation intensified for the baby’s arrival, as B’s mother Tina, Sister Solange and the rest of her family arrived in New York; obviously waiting to welcome their newest family member.
This is the first child that the couple welcomed to this world, even though this little girl cannot comprehend her parents’ fame and of course fortune for some time, still this is one lucky baby!
