Lindsay Lohan Might Be In Trouble Again

The manager who allegedly claimed Lindsay Lohan knocked him with her Porshe and hurt him is filing a police report at an emergency room in a Los Angeles hospital. Probation officials for her necklace theft case have been informed.

Lindsay was exiting Sayers Club in Hollywood when paparazzi and by standers from the near by Hookah Lounge stood in her way. She apparently tried to make a three-point turn and very nearly hit the car of the Hookah's manager. When he warned her, she allegedly grazed his knee and left the scene. One of the employees then called the police to report a "traffic collision".

Police arrived at the scene to confirm if it was a hit-and-run and whether anyone was injured. They interviewed the manager, along with eye witnesses at the scene.

However, a police spokesperson said that, "There was no evidence of a crime or a hit-and-run".
But the manager is now seeking treatment at the hospital and is planning on pressing charges on Lindsay. He had no idea who the driver was until after the incident.

A source said: "The manager is claiming that he is having trouble walking, and that Lindsay ran over his foot. The alleged victim is in the process of filing a police report, and there are two uniformed LAPD cops at his bedside, and he is in the process of relaying his version of events. Lindsay's probation officer, and the two prosecutors handling her theft case have been notified that Lindsay is being accused of hit-and-run, which would be a misdemeanor if she is charged."

Lindsay is just two weeks away from being taken off probation in her previous case. The source continued: "Lohan is freaking out that she could be sent back to jail, which is now a very real possibility. Just the accusation, and the police report could trigger Judge Stephanie Sautner to revoke her probation, and send her to jail. Lindsay is in deep trouble, even though the alleged victim might have changed his story. Lindsay is set to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner on Thursday, March 29 for a final progress report. However, she might be hauled in before that date."
