David Arquette Reveals Recurring Injury

David Arquette claims he has broken his nose more times than he can remember. The actor was famously pictured in 2011 with a broken nose at a New Year's Eve event in Hollywood.

He reportedly busted it while dancing at a Los Angeles club before checking into rehab for depression and alcohol abuse following his split from wife Courteney Cox. David has now taken to Twitter to discuss his injuries. "@Kslabotsky what up homie. Glad to hear the nose is all good - I broke mine so many times I lost count," the star wrote in response to a friend who has hurt his "schnoz".

The star also posted a photograph of himself next to a sign which read "say no to drugs". Meanwhile, Courteney has confessed that she is not over David. The couple announced they were separating after 11 years of marriage in 2010 but the actress admits she is finding it hard to move on. "I'm not over it yet," Courteney told TV Buzz.

"When you separate, everything that happens for the first time is very intense - the first birthday, the first anniversary." David recently split with his TV reporter girlfriend Christina Mclarty, who he began dating after his separation from Courteney. "Sadly I'm single again. A long distance relationship proved to be too difficult," he wrote on Twitter. David has also advised his ex wife to "get out there" and date again. The couple have remained close friends for the sake of their seven-year-old daughter Coco.
