Katy Perry's ex has been issued an arrrest warrant following his scuffle with a photographer. The New Orleans Police Department has already confirmed Russell Brand's crime.
Brand has been charged with "simple criminal damage" and the damages are worth about $700, after the Monday incident, which he was allegedly said to have snatched the paparazzi's cell phone and thew it out of a nearby window.No court date has been set.
Brand is currently in New Orleans to film a movie.
Previously, he had tangled with a paparazzi at LAX airport after the photographer attempted to shoot up his then-fiancee Katy Perry's skirt. Old habit die hard?
